Anna Latorre, DNP specializes in Rheumatology at Ochsner Health. She provides care for patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout and osteoporosis. She develops treatment plans that address both complex and routine rheumatologic concerns, based on diagnostic testing and clinical expertise.

Anna earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where she completed the Adult Nurse Practitioner track. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.

Board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Anna has participated in community education and professional development conferences, with presentations on osteoporosis and rheumatology. She has additional clinical experience in cardiology, pulmonology and sleep medicine, and has served as a nursing educator and clinical instructor, mentoring future nurses and nurse practitioners.

Anna is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and remains dedicated to advancing rheumatology care through both clinical practice and education. Outside of medicine, Anna enjoys photography, traveling and arts and crafts.
