Ashley O’Flynn, MSN, FNP-C, practices gastroenterology at Ochsner Health. Ashley has expertise in inflammatory bowel disease management and general GI, offering comprehensive care for various
medical needs.

Ashley earned her degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, in 2022. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2024. She completed a year of IBD and Advance Endoscopy (AES) learning with the IBD and AES MDs at Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans, from 2023 to 2024. Ashley actively participates in the Louisiana Nurse Practitioner Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners to stay updated on medical advancements. She prides herself on continuing education in not only Gastroenterology but care of the whole patient by attending conferences that educate on all medical advancements.

Ashley is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of their patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. She has been practicing at Ochsner as a transplant registered nurse since 2016 and as a nurse practitioner since 2023. Outside of medicine, she enjoys photography, gardening and raising her two kids and their pets.
