Ava Raymond, ANP, specializes in women’s health and gynecology at Ochsner Health. Ava earned bachelor of science in nursingand master of Science in nursing fromthe University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She was certified as an adult nurse practitioner-board certified in 2008, by the American Nursing Credentialing Center.

Ava is passionate about caring for women at all stages of life, while understanding individual concerns, needs and goals. She provides comprehensive gynecological care and wellness and preventative services. She also offers contraception management as well as menopausal management.

Ava has been practicing at Ochsner since 2018. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. Outside of healthcare, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, reading and spending time with family.
