Dr Nguyen and her staff are so welcoming and friendly. They have made me feel comfortable since my very first visit. Her nurse is thorough and professional, but very kind. Dr Nguyen takes time to ask the important questions and to really listen to your answers. I am so glad I found this practice.

Very good patient skills, wonderful to talk to

Second time coming here, and my experience was just as great as the first. Dr Nguyen is so caring and attentive, and she doesn't make you feel rushed. She is also very personable. The nurse is very nice and friendly and I thought it was nice she remembered me from last time! The front desk is also always very welcoming and warm.

I’ve been on the fence about leaving this review because I genuinely think majority of the office staff is pleasant, but I can’t go without expressing how I left feeling today. I’ll start off with the positive: -Front desk was accommodating and polite! -Dr. Nguyen was very informative. The reason why I'm giving this review 3 stars and not 5 is because of her nurse (probably MA). After getting me into the room, we discussed why I was there. After she walks out, I heard her speaking about me and my situation.. Mind you, l'm a new patient- she doesn't know me from Adam. A few moments pass by, I hear her speaking about me again in a more so "gossipy" manner. At this point, l'm guessing it's with another coworker. I did tell the doctor what happened when she came into the room, but I don't think she understands that this lady was on a legit rant about me.. (Other than the communication on a professional level between the doctor and nurse). It's late at night and I'm still dwelling on this and feeling down. I expressed to my partner who is a MD in general surgery what his opinion on this is... To be quite frank, he said "she shouldn't have done that and you should have recorded her and reported it" 1. I'm not that cold hearted. 2. In the moment, that's the last thing on my mind. I was literally in a disbelief as to what was being said about me on the other side of the door. I have an appointment coming up in a couple months and I'm torn whether to just keep it or find elsewhere. The location is very convenient and scheduling there is pretty easy, but part of me is dreading going back. I ABSOLUTELY HATE that I'm writing this as a new patient... I've worked in dermatology aesthetics in the past and I get it, but I would never speak about my patients like that RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR/WALL. All and all, I should feel safe and comfortable when going to a doctors appointment, not judged...
