Dr. Carter Davis specializes in hematology oncology at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. He earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. After medical school, he completed residency and fellowship training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Davis serves as the Associate Program Director of Ochsner's hematologic malignancies and cellular therapy program. He is active in clinical research and has served as principal investigator on clinical trials at Ochsner. He leads educational initiatives with Ochsner's medical students and is an Associate Program Director of the Ochsner hematology-oncology fellowship program.
