Cathy Badeaux received her Bachelor and Masters degrees in nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Boston and her Certification in Midwifery from the University of Rhode Island. Cathy attended Charity Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a Labor and Delivery nurses for ten years before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife. Cathy has been on staff with Ochsner for the last five years and has practiced midwifery for over 20 years. She is experience in using water for comfort and support for laboring women.
