Prior to the procedure the attending Doctor told me what she was going to do and how long it would take to do it. She was very courteous and professional

I think that she is a great doctor. It is evident that she is very knowledgeable of her role. My numbers are not as high because she is not personable during our encounters. This is not a bad thing but I wanted to explain the reason for my ratings.

Doctor Edith Mbagwu's demeanor was welcoming, warm, professional, as well as compassionate during our interaction. She communicated very well, while thoroughly investigating my medical history discussing my symptoms and current prescriptions. The doctor thoroughly invesigated my medical issues, and asked me questions about my symptoms. She never made me feel like, "These symptoms are all in your head." After evaluating my case, Dr. Mbagwu informed me of her findings. She discussed the diagnosis, and the best treatment options to remedy my symptoms.
