Eddie Austin, PT, OT, PhD, is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy at Ochsner Health. Eddie earned his bachelor's degree in occupational therapy at Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana, and his master's in physical therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Most recently, Eddie earned a PhD in electrical and computer engineering. He serves as a clinical research scientist at Ochsner, leading research projects in the field of therapy and overseeing motion capture labs in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
