Edward Myers is an experienced family nurse practitioner. “Eddie,” as his patients know him, is a Lake Charles native who began his medical career at age 20. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master‘s in nursing from McNeese State University in Lake Charles.

Edward is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and holds multiple specialty certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).

In his own words, “I want to bring holistic care to our patients; the kind of care that considers not only the physical aspects of a patient’s illness but the emotional and spiritual aspects as well. My goal is to focus on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex healthcare problems beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process.”
