Erin Meredith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, practices family medicine at Ochsner Health. Erin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience in emergency medicine and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.



Born and raised in New Orleans, Erin began her nursing journey at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2011. She spent the next 12 years serving in a high-acuity emergency department, honing her clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and compassionate care under pressure.



In 2023, Erin advanced her career by earning her Master of Science in nursing from the University of South Alabama and subsequently obtained her family nurse practitioner certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.


Her clinical interests include urgent care, chronic disease management and preventive health, with a strong emphasis on education and empowerment. Erin is known for her calm demeanor, clinical precision and ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.
