Frank is the absolute best for me! He listens attentively, and includes me in the conversation regarding best solutions moving forward. He doesn't talk AT me, he talks TO me, but more importantly, he listens! He allows me to address the issues and then self direct towards a solution, and then offers his direction to either support my plan or steer me in another direction that would be more suitable for me. I so appreciate his style of therapy. It's so down to earth, it doesn't seem like therapy at all, just a conversation with an old friend who knows you better than anyone.
