Biography
Dr. Felix is also a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and member since 2013. The degree of fellow recognizes American Academy of Family Medicine members who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues, as well as in their communities, by their service to family medicine.
He began his clinical career in a rural community in southwest Georgia, where he provided comprehensive care across multiple settings, including outpatient and inpatient services. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he served as chief of staff at an area hospital and contributed to community health initiatives by volunteering to support middle and high school athletic programs.
Dr. Felix’s clinical expertise spans family medicine, hospital care and senior care. He’s widely recognized by patients for his genuine compassion and authentic approach to care. “As your physician, I want you to know that you can come and see me for anything,” he says. “My commitment to you is to help you live your best life.” Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Felix enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, including his Pomeranian puppy, Coco. He’s also an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
