Biography

Dr. Frederick Timothy Duggan is a highly skilled pulmonologist specializing in both pulmonology and critical care medicine at Ochsner Health. He earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi in 1987, and completed his internal medicine residency in 1990. Dr. Duggan is board-certified in Internal Medicine and completed a pulmonary fellowship in 1992. As a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, he brings extensive expertise to his practice.
