Dr. G. Jane Nguyen, DPM, specializes in podiatry at Ochsner Health. She is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She obtained her bachelors of science in engineering in chemical engineering and masters of science in cell biology at Tulane University. Afterwards, she received her doctorate degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. Dr. Nguyen went on to complete her residency at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System which included training at Kaiser Permanente and Stanford University. Dr. Nguyen joined the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in 2012. She is board-certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

She has interests in wound care and limb salvage, as well as the conservative management of common foot pathologies such as bunions, hammertoes and nail abnormalities. Additionally, Dr. Nguyen is interested in using digital technology to deliver healthcare.
