Glenda Petroff practices family medicine at Ochsner Health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Southern Mississippi and her Masters in Nursing degree from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in family medicine. Ms. Petroff joined the Ochsner Health team in 2007. Prior to joining Ochsner in Abita Springs, she practiced at both Northshore Regional Medical Center and the Instant Care Family Medical Center in Slidell, Louisiana. Ms. Petroff has over 26 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine, which includes urgent care issues, chronic health issues, women's health, and physical exams. She performs several specialty procedures in Abita including joint injections and simple dermatological procedures. Ochsner Abita Springs Clinic has earned certification as a Level 3 medical home facility for diabetes and hypertension management.
