Ivy Cass, DO, practices family medicine at Ochsner Health. Dr. Cass earned her medical degree in 2022 from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.In 2025 she completed full spectrum family medicine training at Maine Dartmouth family medicine residency. Dr. Cass moved to New Orleans to start her practice of comprehensive primary care, ranging from managing chronic conditions to addressing more acute medical needs. She is passionate about womens health, contraception management, harm reduction, and continuity of care. Originally from California, Dr. Cass recently moved from Maine with her husband, children and dogs.
