Jacob Shaw received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. He earned his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge.

Mr. Shaw is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
