Dr. Jacqueline Philpott is a psychologist at Ochsner Health in New Orleans. She received her undergraduate, master's and doctorate degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove/Hillsboro, Oregon. Afterwards, Dr. Philpott completed her clinical internship at Virginia Beach Public School District in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and her postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at West Virginia University Medicine's University Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry. Dr. Philpott is currently licensed as a clinical psychologist in Louisiana, and she has been on staff at Ochsner since 2021. Dr. Philpott's expertise includes: assessment and treatment of individuals with neurodevelopmental differences (i.e., autism spectrum disorder, intellectual delays, ADHD, etc.,), parent training for children who exhibit difficult/disruptive behaviors and providing psychology consultation services to primary care providers and brief-solution focused therapy to families, children, and adolescents who access services within the primary care setting.
