Dr. Jamie Lovitt Emejulu practices primary care at Ochsner Health in New Orleans in the Internal Medicine department. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and completed her residency in 2020, at Louisiana State University, where she also completed her medical degree. She has been on staff at Ochsner since September 2020. She is originally from Colorado, where she loved to hike and mountain climb, although she has loved living in New Orleans since 2004. She and her husband are learning what it means to enjoy New Orleans now with two young girls when playgrounds are easier to manage than second-lining and music festivals.
