She was very thorough, and personable
She was caring and easy to talk to. She discussed what she thought the rash was and started looking for medicine she thought would address the problem. She also talked to me about where she was from and her children(small talk things I asked her about herself) and was just overall a nice person and professional liking her job. Offered me to reach out to her if I had any more concerns or if the medicine was not working we would try something else. I appreciated that.
