I am so blessed to have been referred to Dr Reed. I had a great experience. She had ideal bedside manner, she spoke to me about my condition where I understood and answered all questions I had without seeming bothered. She is very knowledgeable. She truly took her time with me and did not rush me. I feel very confident in her care.

Dr. Reed is very knowledgeable and caring. She listens to what Ibsay and asks appropriate questions to clarify. Recently, I went in on the down side of a sinus infection wondering if she would be able to help me. She fixed me right up!!! I highly recommend Dr. Reed.

Excellent doctor. I like it that she really cares for the care of her patients. Not willing to just continue with methods that have not worked to make me feel better or relieve the symptoms that have bothered me for years. Specifically, constant sinus problems that have resulted in multiple sinus infections throughout the year, which also impact my asthma. She is recommending and trying a new course of action in regards to treatment and course of medication. I’m very thankful that I’m a patient of her’s.

Her staff is always on IT! They go above and beyond to make sure that concerns/questions are answered adequately! During each visit, it’s informative, comforting, and helpful. Dr. Reed is very personable and “listens”.. I never feel rushed. Her eyes are always on me all while still taking notes and listening to my concerns. I haven’t had this type of patient care in a LONGGG time and I’m happy to say that Dr. Reed and her staff has impressed me! Thank y’all for helping me and taking the “time” to actually “listen” and sympathize! After each visit I leave satisfied with no concerns! I truly truly appreciate it.

Dr. Reed and the whole staff are amazing! I've been a patient for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. In fact, whenever I've had a challenge with a pharmacy or insurance or anything, Dr. Reed and team have always been willing to jump into those situations and get the issue worked out.
