Justin Rudd, MD, is a board-certified general and trauma surgeon at Ochsner Health in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery, hernia repair, gastrointestinal conditions, and complex surgical care, including appendicitis, gallbladder disease and colorectal conditions.

Dr. Rudd earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport and completed his general surgery training at LSU. He brings an analytical, precision-based approach to surgery, supported by a background in physics.
