Biography
Dr. Bergquist is an experienced clinical pharmacist with Ochsner Health’s Digital Medicine team. She joined Ochsner in 2020 after completing her PGY-2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency. She specializes in chronic care management, empowering patients one-on-one to optimize their chronic disease states through connection.
She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Arizona.
