Katrina Wade, MD

I’m a current patient of Dr. Wade. Ive seen her many times. I feel that she is the best doctor I could have in dealing with my OV cancer/Chemotherapy. She is a very professional, caring, straightforward doctor and she always makes sure I get the best care that I need. Having Dr. Wade as my doctor has helped tremendously with my recovery and treatment because I am positive she has done and will always do what is best for me and all of her patients. She’s the best!!

Drove 4 hours to see Dr. Wade for a large mass that ended up being my ovary with 2 cysts. She got me in for surgery the following week. Even though she had to do a vertical incision to remove the 20cm x 15cm mass and complete hysterectomy, the incision looks great. I’m still under her care. I can say she has great bedside manner, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. Prior to going to see her, I looked her up on google and saw she was one of top gynoc’s in the state…and I agree! Highly recommend!

I am very appreciative of Dr.Wade and her staff. They were kind and effective. I felt as thought I was thoroughly informed of all my options. And when it came time for the surgery, I felt as though I was in good hands. When I got out of surgery, I was well taken care of and my scarring was minimal. She did an amazing job, and the follow-through was very comforting.

Dr Wade is very knowledgeable of her profession. She keeps her patients informed as to what procedures and medications she will use and what is best for you. Her staff is excellent, you always get a response when you have questions or concerns about your health care and general inquiries.Very awesome. She will be highly recommended 😊

I highly recommend Dr. Wade, she is a fabulous Doctor! She takes her time and answers all of your questions. Dr. Wade make sure that you understand what and why things are happening. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed medication because of a side effect due chemotherapy she answered quickly.

Dr. Wade is very thorough and professional. She answered all of my questions prior to surgery and at my post op appointment. She called after surgery with biopsy results. She is a great surgeon, friendly and engaging, and I highly recommend her.

Dr Wade is a brillant surgeon . My daughter was in the ER in Slidell, La. We were rushed to New Orleans this Doctor and her team saved her life. My visit to Dr. Katrina Wade was not one that I was thrilled to go to... However, from start to finish it was a great experience. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, helpful, and polite. Dr Wade is an amazing Dr. My questions and concerns were all answered in great detail and in language I understood perfectly. I would reccomend her to any and all ladies. All I can say is that it was a great visit.
