Dr. Keith Luper earned his podiatry degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He is board-certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Luper practices at Ochsner Health Center - Tchoupitoulas. In his free time, Dr. Luper enjoys spending time with family and friends; activities including paddle-boarding, cycling and swimming; playing several musical instruments; and taking in the art, culture, food and music of NOLA.
