Dr. Kenechukwu Ben-Okafor practices family medicine at Ochsner Health. He earned his medical degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University College of Health Sciences in Anambra, Nigeria. Dr. Ben-Okafor completed his residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Ben-Okafor authored a book about epilepsy in July 2022. He has been practicing at Ochsner since 2024.
