Dr. Kristin Johnson earned her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Following graduation, she completed a family medicine internship at Sparrow Hospital, a Michigan State University teaching hospital in East Lansing, Michigan. She then completed her neurology residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She continued at University Hospitals Case Medical Center to complete a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine and EMG.
Dr. Johnson’s clinical interests include neurological conditions of peripheral nerve and muscle, in addition to neuromuscular diagnostic testing such as EMG. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Johnson practices at the Ochsner Neuroscience Institute on the North Shore.
