LaTosha Mackey received her undergraduate degree and medical degree from Herzing University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Latosha completed her preceptorship with emphasis in health assessment, adult health, geriatrics, pediatrics and women's health in Lake Charles, Louisiana. LaTosha is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has worked for Ochsner since June 2020, as a family nurse practitioner. LaTosha has over 18 years experience working in the healthcare field, with expertise in various areas of nursing, including leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and children.
