Dr. Lisa Casey was receptive to questions, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She did not seem rushed and I felt that I had her complete attention, therefore I was relaxed and confident that she would be thorough In her assessment and evaluation. I was correct about this as she remained welcoming, included me in on information and explanations, and provided an excellent first visit experience. My impression is that any follow-up will be the same.

The doctor talked through every recommendation and checked with staff on any outstanding questions.

I really liked my new PCP. Lisa Casey . My concern is she is my 3rd PCP in 4 years. Too much turnover !

She was great. She talked about everything and asked my thoughts on possible treatments and ways I could improve my health. She even noticed possible reactions from my medications that my last doctor never brought up.

Dr. Casey listened well and helped me with a secondary concern as well as my primary concern.

I don't believe she smiled even once. Other than that, was by the book in going through history, establishing care, making recommendations.
