Marisol Barajas practices gastroenterology at Ochsner Health in Slidell, Louisiana. She received a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Marisol is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to receiving her Master of Science in Nursing degree, she worked as a registered nurse and nurse leader at our Ochsner hospitals on a post-operative step-down unit and a medical-surgical unit. Marisol has been on staff at Ochsner since March 2017.
