Mary Ladner, ACNPC-AG, is a certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner practicing pulmonary medicine at Ochsner Health within Slidell Memorial Hospital. She offers comprehensive care for adult patients with pulmonary diseases such as COPD, asthma and obstructive sleep apnea. Mrs. Ladner provides care with a compassionate and personalized approach and is committed to understanding each patients unique concerns and health goals. Mrs. Ladner earned her Master of Science in nursing with a specialization as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Louisiana Lafayette and an Associate Degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She is board certified through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and is currently a member of the association.She has been a dedicated member of the Ochsner team since 2023. Mrs. Ladner has 8 years of previous healthcare experience as a registered nurse in specialty areas such as cardiology, ER and ICU. She transitioned to her role as a nurse practitioner in 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and exercising.
