Biography
Megan Procido Hamblin, PA-C, practices plastic and reconstructive surgery at Ochsner Health. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree in biology. She went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 2013. She is a board-certified physician assistant with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds an additional certificate of added qualification n emergency medicine. She is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana and has been practicing at Ochsner Health since 2013. She currently practices in plastic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. Christopher Smith. She holds memberships with American Academy of Physician Associates and Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants to stay updated on medical advancements.
