Michael Guin, FNP-C

Michael Guin, FNP, specializes in neurology and emergency medicine at Ochsner Health. Michael has expertise in the treatment of migraines, seizure disorders, Parkinsons Disease, Alzheimers Disease, dementia and strokes. Before obtaining his Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg in 2014, Michael worked as an emergency department registered nurse for over 20 years, serving as a mentor and charge nurse. Michael Guins patient-centered approach emphasizes compassionate care and personalized treatment plans. He is dedicated to addressing patients medical needs while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine, he enjoys camping and spending time with his family. Michael holds firm to a personal philosophy centered around hard work and dedication equaling patient safety and improved care.
