Minhazur Rahman, MD, specializes in cardiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Minhazur Rahman received his medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, in 2016. Following this, he completed his internal medicine residency at St. Josephs University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. He completed his fellowship in general cardiology at McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, Michigan, and his fellowship in interventional cardiology at East Carolina University Health Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina. Dr. Rahman is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since September 2023. In his spare time he enjoys soccer, basketball, mixed martial arts, history and documentaries.
