Despite the simple procedure I received which I honestly didn't think would do more than I had already tried, she was confident symptoms would clear in a week and they did!

I was going to rate a 4 on the explanation at first since there really wasn't much of an explanation given for my the smell of bleach that get time to time. However this was not her fault since she had never heard of anyone with this issue and neither had any of the other doctors that she asked. Over all I was very happy with her and that she took the time to make sure it was nothing physical with the inside of my nose or my ears for my 2 issues. I didn't leave with answers exactly but it did help alleviate some fears of what it could potentially be.
