I had no bad experience. The staff are always very helpful and caring. Dr. Buzhardt is an excellent surgeon and is always helpful in explaining and answering my questions.

Had somewhat of a feeling that the provider was not fully informing me of my physical limits after the surgery. I was able to find answers to my procedure limitations by watching YouTube videos of similar procedures. I understand that the provider must be careful with their answers, so I try not to push them too much for explanations.

Dr. Buzhardt listened carefully to all of my questions and concerns and answered and provided very clear and honest information concerning further treatment options!!
