Biography
Dr. Pooja Mohan Rao completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees at K.S. Hegde Medical Academy in Mangalore, India. She went on to perform an internal medicine residency at Providence Hospital in the District of Columbia, where she was chief resident. Dr. Rao also completed a neurology residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, D.C. serving as chief resident.
Dr. Rao completed a fellowship in neurophysiology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C. She is board-certified in internal medicine.
