I am very pleased with The Ochsner system; the doctors who are responsible for my healthcare & their staff. Rachelle St. Angelo has always treated me with dignity & respect. She is very caring & thorough. She listens to my concerns & comes up with a plan to address them. I had a concern about my ankle, so she physically checked it, ordered X-rays & had them done right after my visit. The Tech was very friendly & treated me with dignity & respect. Rachelle's assistant called with the results & with Rachelle's recommendations all within a couple of hours after my visit. I was impressed how quickly the results were available & that the office followed through with making me an appointment with a Specialist. Rachelle also followed up with a few skin lesions I've had concerns about, so she recommended an Ochsner Dermatologist & the office made me an appointment for that, as well. Overall, the entire staff exemplified Ochsner's core values well. It was an excellent experience that I am well satisfied with. I will continue to trust Ochsner staff with my healthcare needs. I have highly recommended Rachelle, as well as other Ochsner Providers in the past to loved ones & will continue to do so.
