Biography
Rahim Khan, DPM, specializes in podiatry at Ochsner Health. Dr. Khan is a podiatric foot and ankle specialist with clinical interests in trauma, arthritis, bunions, hammertoes, foot and ankle deformities, nerve conditions, sports medicine and wound care. He takes a team-based, collaborative approach to care, working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that help them get back on their feet.
Originally from Vancleave, Mississippi, Dr. Khan earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Alabama in 2016. He completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in 2022, followed by a rearfoot and ankle reconstructive residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation, where he served as chief resident from 2024 to 2025. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing soccer, watching boxing and UFC, gaming, and spending time with his wife, puppy, and extended family, including his parents, two brothers and sister.
