Biography
Dr. Shaun Xiao practices hematology oncology at Ochsner Health. He received his medical degree from Western University of Health and Science in Pomona, California. Dr. Xiao completed a dual-residency training in internal medicine and emergency medicine at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. He completed his fellowship in hematology and oncology at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. Dr. Xiao is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Medicine in internal medicine and emergency medicine. He is also board certified in hematology and oncology. Dr. Xiao has been on staff at Ochsner since July 2018.
