Taylor Durand, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner at Ochsner Health. Ms. Durand has expertise in primary care, offering comprehensive care for various medical needs, with a desire to educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.



Ms. Durand earned her master’s degree in nursing with a specialty in Family Medicine from Herzing University in 2024. She is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2025. She completed her clinical experience locally, serving the greater New Orleans area. She has also earned a Master of Science in physiology at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2018. Ms. Durand is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners to stay updated on medical advancements.



Ms. Durand is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. She has been an Ochsner employee since 2018, working in various roles in pediatric primary care, therapy and wellness and neonatal intensive care. She began practicing as a provider at Ochsner in 2025.
