Dr. Thomas Delahoussaye is from New Orleans and received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. He pursued a career in medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He then completed his general surgery training as an intern and resident at LSU, where he was chief resident.
Following residency, he completed a fellowship in minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery where he performed advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures. He is a board-certified general surgeon and is trained to perform bariatric, intestinal, and robotic surgeries.Dr. Delahoussaye is truly committed to patient satisfaction, comfort, and well being. His goal is to provide excellent surgical care to achieve the best outcome for each patient and to be attentive to each patient's individual needs and concerns.
