Thomas Horsman, MD, specializes in pediatric pulmonology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Thomas Horsman received his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. Dr. Horsman is certified in pediatric pulmonology by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has special clinical interests in the diagnosis and treatment of children with Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia and the care of children with medical complexity.
