Dr. Bethala received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India in 1982 and completed his internship and residency at Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia. He then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical School and the University of New Mexico.

Dr. Bethala saved my husband's life when he correctly diagnosed and found his heart blockages which were corrected with a quadruple bypass surgery. He is very caring and answers all your questions and concerns by explaining everything. I highly recommend him and am having a carotid artery surgery performed by him in a few days because I am so confident in his skills and knowledge!

Dr Bethala is a very competent cardiologist and a very caring person. He is very thorough. I love the office in Lacombe, traffic and parking is better, even though I live in Slidell.
