Biography

Dr. Vasanth Bethala is a cardiologist with Ochsner Health and is board certified by the Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been on staff at Ochsner since July 2020. Dr. Bethala received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India in 1982 and completed his internship and residency at Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia. He then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical School and the University of New Mexico.
