Dr. Whit Braddy is a pain management specialist at Ochsner Baptist. He was born and raised in North Carolina where he went to college at UNC and medical school at East Carolina. He did residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in regional anesthesiology at Tulane University in New Orleans. He then completed a fellowship in pain medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Braddy has been on staff at Ochsner since February 2021, and is the assistant program director for the Pain Management Department.

Dr. Braddy chose to specialize in pain medicine because he has personally hurt his back and knows what it is like to deal with pain. It is his goal to help others overcome pain and get back to living their lives. He loves living in New Orleans, training the next generation of pain doctors, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
