Dr. William Moss earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a general surgery residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Moss went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
