The Office of Group Benefits (OGB) has selected Ochsner Health as its new workplace wellness program partner for the Live Better Louisiana (LBL) program beginning March 1, 2026.
We are honored to support OGB and its participating employers in advancing employee health and engagement across the state. Our team is fully prepared to begin scheduling and operating onsite clinics for March 1, 2026 and beyond for the remainder of the 2025–2026 LBL program year. Our goal is to make this transition smooth and ensure continuity of services for your employees while enhancing the overall clinic experience.

Earn your Live Better Louisiana credit for 2027
Want to be part of the Live Better Louisiana program? To get an Ochsner check-up, you must be the primary member on an OGB Louisiana Blue plan at the time of the check-up. To get the credit, you must be enrolled in an OGB Louisiana Blue plan as the primary member in 2027.

Live Better Louisiana is an OGB program that will give Blue Cross plan members resources to help them better monitor their health, understand their risk factors and make educated choices that keep them healthier along with receiving a $10 per month discount on their health care premiums. It's sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana at no extra charge to members.
Live Better Louisiana is a game plan for better health. It's a proactive approach - a way to prevent illness when possible and to manage any conditions that do appear.

This form is completed by the physician. If you did not qualify for the wellness incentive or are unable to participate in the onsite preventative checkups because you were pregnant at the time of the checkups, as an alternative you may work with your physician to develop a plan to maintain or improve your health.

If you were not able to receive a Catapult Health Preventative Checkup this year, you may have your primary care provider report lab and biometric values to receive credit toward the Office of Group Benefits wellness incentive being offered.
