Ochsner Lafayette General - Burdin Riehl is an outpatient care center that offers same-day services without an overnight hospital stay. Located in the heart of the Oil Center across from Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center and is connected to the hospital by an overhead pedestrian bridge. This facility also includes the Ochsner Cancer Center of Acadiana, infusion treatments, imaging, lab services and a number of specialty services.

The Burdin Riehl Ambulatory Care Center is named after Dr. John J. Burdin, Jr., who played a role in the founding of Lafayette General Hospital, and his longtime friend, Joseph Riehl.
