Adam Fleming, DNP, FNP, AGACNP, is a dual-certified nurse practitioner who practices emergency medicine at Ochsner Health. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Southeastern Louisiana University as well as a Master of Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He also completed a post-master’s certificate in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Loyola University New Orleans.

Adam is board-certified and licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He also holds an additional board certification as an emergency nurse practitioner through the AANP. Adam is an active member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association and the AANP.
